Elimentary’s is building AI agents that can run middle/back-office operations for private capital managers, starting with structured credit. Most private capital managers focus primarily on sourcing and capital deployment. Meanwhile post-investment operations receive step-child treatment. While AUMs have increased exponentially over the last decade, operations continue to be painfully supported by humans using spreadsheets and emails. Things have started to break leading to investment write-offs, fines, penalties, and sometimes lost LP relationships. Our agents can run these operations (borrowing base calcs, cracking loan tapes, NAV calculations, etc.) end to end autonomously. For one of our customers, our agents cut a 20-hour ops process to 30 minutes. It saved 90% of the manual hours, translating to $150k in annual savings.
